Release the ties to your external surroundings, allowing a profound connection to unfold within, as you listen deeply and connect to self.

Unfortunately, our society has grown accustomed to linking self-worth with constant busyness, prioritizing productivity over self-care. This ongoing urgency often results in chronic dysregulation, leaving individuals feeling drained and overwhelmed. A Sound Bath provides an opportunity to pause, fostering a deeper connection to oneself. This practice encourages tuning into thoughts, emotions, and desires, promoting mindfulness and full immersion in the present moment. Ultimately, this leads to an elevated sense of tranquility and peace, paving the way for a clearer, more intentional life path.

“Just keep coming home to yourself. You are the one you have been waiting for.”

— Byron Katie

What's a Sound Bath you ask?

A Sound Bath is an immersive restorative practice that uses curated sound frequencies, tones, and vibrations to encourage a relaxing and introspective experience. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting harmony within our mental, emotional, and physical selves. The intricate combination of various sounds can have a soothing effect on the mind, encouraging a shift in brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed theta state. This experience offers a chance for deep rest, relaxation, self-inquiry, self-discovery, and inspiration while calming the central nervous system. Within your sound bath experience, I use a variety of sound healing tools, including crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, and metal bowls, to help guide your sound bath experience.
